The couple recently sold their Malibu home for $6.775 million, a small profit of about $175,000 from their purchase price a year ago. Despite hoping for a $1 million profit when they first listed the home for $7.99 million in July, they seemed satisfied with the final sale.

In February 2019, the couple purchased the property from actor Jeremy Piven for $6.6million. Initially, they had intentions of living in the house, but later had a change of heart and decided to put it up for sale, as reported by TMZ. To assist with the renovations of the luxurious three-level, five-bedroom home, the couple sought the expertise of Joanna Gaines, well-known from HGTV. The 51-year-old singer invited Joanna for a tour of the property shortly after acquiring it, and a photo of them together on the beach in March 2019 surfaced online.
See ya later! The famous duo bid adieu to their Malibu abode, pocketing a cool $6,775,000 in the process just a year after buying it. “Jennifer insisted on doing a walk-through of the property with Joanna in person,” a source told People. “Both of them have crazy schedules, but you can’t tackle a home project without laying eyes on the space first.” During the meeting, they strolled through the 4,400 square foot beachfront house, gazing out at the majestic Pacific Ocean from the outdoor deck, perfect for catching stunning sunsets. The property is nestled in a posh area known as Jane Seymour Beach in honor of the actress who once called it home.
Blended family: According to TMZ, the couple had initially planned to live in the house, but changed their minds and decided to sell it instead. Jennifer is living there with her daughter Emme, along with A-Rod’s kids Natasha and Ella. The house, built in 1949, exudes classic charm while boasting modern amenities like a steam sauna, spacious closets, and a beautiful front courtyard. The property was listed by Carl Gambino of Compass. Despite the previous owner’s struggles to sell the house at a high price, J. Lo and A-Rod had an easier time selling it after purchasing it from the Mr. Selfridge star for $3.5 million in 2004. J. Lo still has an impressive real estate portfolio, including a New York penthouse, a mansion in California, a sprawling estate in Bel Air, a mansion in the Hamptons, and a compound in Coral Gables, Florida.
